• Orders are confirmed by email or SMS
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand
• We accept cash and portable EFTPOS terminals for card payments on delivery
• To pay by card, select the cash payment option at checkout and present your card when the order is delivered or picked up

3. Delivery Policy

Our system accepts both immediate and advance orders. Confirmation emails include order details and delivery information. Orders placed more than 45 days ahead may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Refunds & Returns

We will replace or refund any orders that are incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon delivery. Refunds are not issued for changes of mind or food that has spoiled due to delayed consumption after delivery.

5. Pricing & Menu

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
